1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that circumvents the platform's security or integrity controls. 7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
pinoy perya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, that is associated with fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud or regulatory breach, funds held in the account may be frozen pending investigation and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed by pinoy perya for a breach, any promotional bonuses or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. If a player wishes to close their own account voluntarily, they may do so by contacting customer support; any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player through their registered payment method subject to identity verification.
